GUIDELINES FOR PRESENTATIONS

  • Time

    • You must access the Zoom video call online room 5 minutes before the session starts, where you will present your communication or symposium. There will be a person, responsible for the organization of the Congress, waiting for you and the rest of the and/or colleagues with whom you will share the presentation space.

    • Presentation time

      • 10 minutes for each communication/abstract (maximum 2 authors can speak)
      • 30 minutes among the total number of people in the symposium

    • Discussion time

      • After the consecutive presentation of the authors, a 30-minute debate and questions will be opened with the congressmen on the investigations. Perhaps at that time you can deepen or add reflections on your work based on the debate.

  • Support material

    • You will be able to share a presentation through your screen. The Zoom platform makes it easy to do so.

  • Certification

    • Only people registered in the congress and up to date with the registration payment will be certified.

    • The communication certification will reach your sister-in-law and dated once the congress is over.

  • More relevant information

    • The session will not be recorded. Conference documents will not be published.
